I think the Karma distribution should determine whether or not your helping the server. For instance, if you make a good point or suggestion someone should +1 your post but if they think your post is spam or a waste of time they should -1 your karma. This will show when someone posts whether or not they post something worthwhile. The way you do this is you click +1 or -1 underneath their status underneath their profile on the left when they post something.

I thought about this already but there is soo many ways to abuse this... if someone doesn't like you they can just always negative you... I don't like that...

Or you could just post any spam into the spam topic given on main forums page, maybe if you think someone is really contributing to the forums with long decent posts someone could make a way to let forum admins know, E.G kilo, almost all of your posts are a paragraph long, 5 of you posts is equal to about 30 of redwans etc.

I might try and make this Karma staff only if I ever figure out how to upload SMF 2.0 to my actual host instead of using a free subdomain...

By that deadly do you mean like a ".com" intsead of "smffy.com" sorta thing, coz if so that's a great idea and can't wait what about the funding though o.O

I mean so I can actually edit anything I want, the .com is a plus. I would take out the advertisements and pretty much redo alot of the mods, headers and pages.
