So I have been looking and I want to tell everyone to please try and bring more players to the server, Staff positions are open but they have to be earned. I am already in the middle of trying to bring more players but it is difficult due to my schedule... If we make it to 25 or 50 members within a month there will be a drop party and we are looking for about 3-5 more Server Mods, 2-3 Admins, 1-3 Forum Mods. Please get on this so we can get this server kickstarted into a rise.

  I am not sure that we are looking for that many people. I do agree that we will need more staff when we get to 50 people. Don't you think that 1/5 of the people shouldn't be staff?

I think we should promote as much as we see fit to be honest...

to obtain staff: We are not looking for players that want to be "Staff" we are looking for players that want to make a difference, help the server grow, and contribute to the server any way they can + enforce the rules/moderate server and forums.

But deadly as untill 30-40 people i think the staff ratio is ok. One in 15 maybe?

DON'T SPAM OTHER SERVERS!!! If you spam other servers they will come and spam us...

well i think spamming other servers is the best way, they wont spam us knowing that for the moment our server is so small, and i agree with deadly, it's all about staff > players ratio, it's however the staff fit best with the players and server, and i think we need a stricter "rule" against staff hunting and asking for staff.
